For more than twenty years, I worked as an international deal-maker, directly involved in some of the most sensitive moments in the life of a company, alongside executives, heirs, founders, shareholders, and investors, when decisions carry lasting consequences.

I have structured and led major cross-border transactions for both family-owned businesses and international groups.
